Quick Delivery

We aim to pack and ship your order within 5 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order is ready, we’ll hand it over to our trusted delivery partners for safe and timely delivery.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number/link via email and/or SMS.

You can use the tracking details to follow your order’s journey until it reaches you.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch across India.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In case of unexpected delays, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, PIN code, phone number, and any relevant landmarks are entered correctly while placing your order.

Lavya cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or missing packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners generally make up to 3 delivery attempts.

If the order cannot be delivered after the available attempts due to the recipient being unavailable, incorrect address details, or other reasons attributable to the customer, the order may be returned to us or cancelled.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping, where applicable.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears to be damaged, open, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package if possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID and photographs/videos of the package so that our team can investigate and assist you.
